John Wesley – Our founder – proclaimed, “The World is my Parish!” To that end every effort is made to minister to all who seek assistance of any kind as though part of his fellowship.

THOSE WE SUPPORT with your designated giving –

Rev. Cappler became part of our congregation as a young man fresh out of

college and working. While attending Clarenceville, Cris felt lead to go into

the ministry and attended Trinity Seminary where he met his wife Sarah. He

pastored for six years in Harbor Beach and Pt. Hope and eventually became

interested in missions. He has served in Korea and Central Asia. He returned

to the USA in order to complete his Doctoral degree in Missiology at Asbury

Seminary. Rev. Cappler and his family are now in the mission field of South

Africa. .

Rev. Jacob Ratnam and his wife Asiri serve in Sri Lanka where they both were

born and raised. After attending a Bible College in Texas he returned to Sri Lanka

and built “Lighthouse Church” in Gampola, where his ministry over the years has

grown. Clarenceville has supported Rev. Jacob for many years and he has

become very dear to us.

We support Matt and Pam McCormick in their mission calling with our prayers

and finances. They are serving in Fort-Liberte, Haiti working towards community

transformation through the integration of discipleship and sustainable

development. In 2012 Pam completed the Haitian Creole translation of “The

Jesus Storybook Bible’ (Sally Lloyd-Jones, c.2007, Zondervan). Matt is the son of

Jenni McCormick, who is the Clarenceville church pianist, and her husband

Dave.
